Aidilfitri 11

Selamat Hari Raya Maaf Zahir Batin semuaa (: 
Macamana raya kali ni? banyak tak dapat duit raya? dapat makan ketupat daun palas tak ? baju raya berapa pasang? apaapa pun bersederhanalah kamu *cewah pandai nasihat orang*
maaflah sebab rasa macam nak buat very short entry. hehe. at least ada daripada tak ada langsung kan.

Maklumlah mood raya duk ada lagi, andd this is my last week before i continue my study in degree. uhh rasa malas begitu menggunung tinggi ! bayangkan empat bulan cuti bergoyang kaki, and next week dah nak start belajar. i think i even forgot how to use the pen. confirm lah tulisan macam cakar ayam takpun tulisan doktor =.=

last but not least, selamat hari raya again ;))

Assalamualaikum :')
kali ni nak sambung pasal tips tips yang tergendala beberapa bulan yg lepas. erghh da basi.
tapi dah janji , and here i am. That day we stop till num 10, so here we go to 11.

11. Blink more. To anyone out there who is addictive to the internet, ur eyes might be dry and causing a red eyes. so here what you can do, take a two minute screen break every half-hour. Close your eyes then stretch your eye muscles by looking at something in the distance. *try this!*

12. Wear flats if you can. i think everyone know about this. yes heels can make u looking hot and gorgeous. but dont wear them too often. 

13. Eat veggies. yes walaupun ianya pahit dan hijau , tapi kalau nak kurangkan risiko stroke, heart disease and certain types of cancer, makanlah sayurrrrr. *even i dont like veggies. hehe* 

14. Watch a comedy show. Laughter can release good hormones that reduce and shut down negative self-talk. plus, its good for your tummy muscles- which is lot more fun than doing an exhausting sit-ups.

15. Find a peaceful place to escape. kekadang berikan ketenangan kepada dirimu. cewahh. anyway it can reduce your stress too. so chill out people. 

16. haa okay yang ini confirm ramai pun dah buat. Sing in the shower. it can calm us down and relaxing our mind. 

17. Sit up staright. a healthy spine position is important. etc, when you're in front of your pc, your eyes should be in the middle of the screen, with elbows, knees and hips at 90 degrees. haa hamik kau. okay untuk tulang belakang awak jugee =)

18. Find a sport you love

19. STOP comparing yourself to others. by accepting and making peace with the people, you'll shut out a lot of negative self-talk and open up your life to good times.

20. oh okay dah takde. selamat mencuba. peace (:

serious disease

Assalamualaikum semua (: 
before i write some piece of cit (sh*t sebenarnya tapi hormat lah bulan puasa =p ) about me, i wanna wish Happy fasting (Selamat menyambut Ramadhan al-mubarak) to all muslim. Puasalah kamu sebelum kamu dipuasakan? eh ada ke? =.=

Sempena bulan yg mulia ini, cewahh. saya ingin memohon maaf jika ada tersalah, termaki, termarah or apa apa yang 'ter' lah, lagi lagi sebab selalu terlambat update blog ni. maafkan yer? *nyampah jer dengar kan? * 

my serious disease is ... urm .. i am too lazy to update my blog. kalau boleh upah orang tuliskan blog dah upah agaknya. tsk tsk. pemalasnya perempuan ni kan. ni pun rasa terpanggil nak berceloteh sebab baru blogwalking blog blogger2 tersohor. Disebabkan rasa taknak kalah yang menebal , lalu yes here i am. to write some piece of cit about me.  here we go ..!

first of all, tips tips entri sebelum ini akan disambung di episode entri yang akan datang yang entah bila agaknya akan di update. sorry about that. hehehe. oh yaa, saya sekarang sah bergelar seorang penganggur yang tegar.31st july is my last day at kitschen. yayyy me! i quit a day before puasa. nice one kan? 

setelah tiga tahun lamanyaa berpuasa di lendu , finally this year dapat juga puasa di rumah. alhamdulillah dapat makan ayam percik setiap kali sahur. terima kasih lah uitm sebab bagi cuti yang panjang bebenor. see everything happens for a reason. 

and after puasa i'll be continuing my studies in degree accounting at malacca again. heshh okay lah melaka daripada dungun, segamat  perak, jengka. no wayyy. and insyaallah my convocation will be held on oct. yayy alhamdulillah grad setelah berhempas pulas menyinsing lengan belajar di melaka.

Show ur body some serious love !

Evening everyone. how are you today? sihat kah ? sakit kah ? anyway today im going to share some tips (which i read from one of the mag) heheee. dah ready nak tau ? go and take some paper and pen first , maybe u can write down some goods tips.


here we go ..! 

1.Tukar xtvt masa lapang anda! Kalau boleh instead of on9 24/7 ngadap laptop sampai muka pun pucat lesu dah sampai jadi warna putih, tukarkan xtvt tu dengan bike riding , hiking ataupun bersukan. pendek kata aktiviti luar rumah lagi bagus sambil tu boleh hirup udara segar itupun kalau udara kat tempat korang beriadah tu segar. hehe *note to myself too*    

2. Banyakkan makan bijirin a.k.a wholegrain. kalau nak tenaga banyak , haa banyakkan makan bijirin sebab they give us long-lasting energy. and apart from that, bijirin dapat melindungi kita daripada penyakit. contohnyaa diabetes * nak tau lebih lanjut jumpa doktor pakar yee* =p 

3. Stay close with your family and friends. sebab musababnya kene buat cenggini, bila kita stay close dengan orang yang kita sayang, hati kita pun gumbira, jiwa pun tenang. pendek kata bila hati dan jiwa takde masalah, tak lah kita pressure sana sini dan badan kita pun kekal sihat. insyaAllah. *try dulu baru complain okay adikadik*

4.Jangan terus berus gigi lepas makan. tunggu sekurang-kurangnya 20minit, lagi lagi kalau korang baru je telan acidic foods contohnya buah buahan. Enamel gigi korang jadi lebih lembut lepas makan benda acidic tadi, so paham paham ler , mestila korang taknak gosok terus kan. *nak kene bagitau mama pasal ni *
5. Kunyah perlahan lahan. okay this is my major! haha. i chew my food slowly. ahh really enjoy the food, hehee ;p nahh back to the topics, Kuantiti makanan kita berkait rapat dengan kekerapan kunyahan kita. Panjang kata, kalau kita kunyah laju2, telan nasi pun seketul2, makanan yang dah ditelan masuk ke perut tu kemain susah nak hadam. plus u will craving for some other food! so bila dah makan banyak, pastu badan pun naik, pastu mula lah berceloteh nak diet. hehe. KALAU kunyah perlahan lahan, kita akan jadi cepat kenyang and makanan dlm perut pun jadi senang nak hadam. ha pastu boleh lah sarung legging dengan girang. *sebab dah kurus*

6. Leave work on time. workaholics selalunye cepat resah, risau, lesu, pening kepala, digestive issues and relationship breakdown. SEBAB satu je, kau dah terlalu taksub dengan kerja maka terjadilah symptom symptom di atas. Orang yang kerja 10-12 jam sehari ada sekurang kurangnya 56% risiko untuk terkena heart disease berbanding orang yang hanya kerja 7jam sehari.* i have to tell my manager about this! hahah* 
 *jangan sampai bantal pun nampak macam laptop ye workaholic di luar sana* hehe

7. Pretty please wear a sunscreen. Mungkin ramai yang tak sedar sunscreen ni sebenarnya dah sama penting dengan bf/gf korang? According to National Skin Centre Website, skin cancer is the 7th most common skin cancer in singapore and the number is climbing up. So pakai topi, and pakai sunscreen SPF30+ sebelum tunjukkan diri anda dgn matahari. Selain boleh protect kulit kita, dapat juga kurangkan kedutan di muka yang bakal tiba seiring dengan usia. tsk tsk 

8. Percaya pada si dia. mesti pelik kan ape kena mengena dengan body kita? okay here we goes, satu hari nanti atau sekarang ni , bila korang dah jumpa mr.right ataupun lelaki yang baik, relaks kan minda anda dan jangan selalu meragui pasangan anda. bcos doubting our partners can DOUBLE the RISK OF HEART PROBLEMS. u got it ? get it? then do it right. it also can literally break your heart. *note to myself too* =) 

9. Lebihkan sayur dan buah buahan. semua orang pun tau buah dan sayur banyak khasiat nya! bukan banyak tapi terlalu banyak. tapi yer saya paham, sayur tak sedap, ada yang pahit, ada yang rasa pelik. tapi kalau nak sihat mestilah telan benda pahit. kalau hollywood sana, nak cantik mestila suntik sakit2 dulu. so its the same. eh tapi jangan pergi suntik sana sini, banyakkan makan sayur dan buah. kalau tak suka sayur, lebihkan buah-buahan. *okay kau pun sama fara* 

10. Bersyukur. Research has shown that gratitude plays a big part in overall happiness. so mulai dari sekarang, setiap malam before tidur, write down one big or small thing u're grateful for.

Expect the unexpected

Assalamualaikum ;) 
how are you people ? *cehh macam ramai sangat je follower* ;) well since its monday today, i can update my blog, bcos monday is my offday. yahuuu. first i want to scream out louddddd bcos *I AM OFFICIALLY GRADUATE*  Alhamdulillah pass with flying colour for the last semester. Thank you Allah. and i think lately, student portal has improved a lotss! no more pressure. good job!

still remember when i mention that i dont really like to work in my last entry. i was wrong! totally wrong. i enjoy doing my work now. but its really tiring. thats normal right ?
im the happiest person in ze world when i get morning shift =D 
but when it comes to full shift, urghh i felt like im  d y i n g.

At last

Hello people. here we go again, let me tell you about my holidays. My last entry is about the end of my diploma life, so now im on my holidays which is 4months people. im not the happiest person to have 4months holidayy. its boooring, enuff said. same routine everyday, blurgh. 

Tapi tapi tapi, my life has changed. cewahh. takda la berubah sangat. it just that now im employed! ha ha ha. okay sebenarnya impian nak berkerja ni dah terpendam dari lepas spm lagi. Dari umur yang masih gebu gebu 17 tahun lagi. Tapi impian tersebut baru tercapai di usia yang hampir menjangkau 21 tahun. 

Yes, i work there. Di mana itu tidak perlulah digembar gemburkan. korang pun tak hingin nak tahu kan. hehe. Let me tell you about how i felt being an employee. First seronok lah sebab dikelilingi baju baju yang cantik cantik dan handsome.Tapi Ya Allah penatnya berdiri =.= , now i realised i dont like to work. hahaha. tapi macam terlalu awal untuk judge suka atau tidak sebab baru seminggu je terjun ke bidang ni. amboih padahal kau kerja berapa bulan je. 

Penat. yes semenjak akhir akhir ini, itulah ayat fevret ku. Penat yang bosan disebabkan kurangnya orang datang ke kedai. Tapi InsyaAllah masa Mega sale nanti penat sebab letih melayan customer. itu seronok. sedar tak sedar sudah jam sepuluh which is masa yang dinanti nanti , masa untuk pulang ke istana masing masing. 

For the time being, let see how far i can go. maybe 2 or 3 months? haha what a very low low self confident fara.

Diari Diploma

TIGA tahun tu sekejap je kalau dah pejam celik pejam celik mata. Rasa macam baru semalam pakai baju batik keras uitm masa minggu mesra siswa siswi. 

*inilah baju batik keras , in other words, baju kertas. 

Gambar budak hingusan di atas di ambil semasa semester 1. semua muke suci macam pencuci muka safi masa ni. Fringe kat depan tu paling trendy dolu dolu kala. ha ha. konon nak nampak kiut lah tu. Tanpa merapu panjang mengomel tentang sekeping gambar di atas ni. mari kita selami diari diploma season 1. cewah macam diari af9. 

Dalam banyak banyak sem sepanjang diploma, sem 1 lah antara semester fevret saya! Antara sebab musababnye ialah , first sebab masa sem ni lah detik detik perkenalan dengan eree. Bermula selepas pulang dari xtvt kokurikulum (alahai skema), pertemuan pertama di pasar malam , walaupun dengan peluh yang masam manis tapi maintain. ha ha. Next dapat kenal dengan lots lots of new friends. Nadze , nana, zana, dayah , bella. Paling best jugak sebab dapat sebilik dengan 3 orang senior yang paling NICE sekali. kak beng, kak izzah and syida! 

Lepastu sem 2 ,3 ,4 semua normal macam biasa. banyak benda yang berlaku, happy moments, sad moments. kalau nak cerita kalah pulak episod samarinda kat tv3. so we gonna skip this part. Masuk sem 5, kitaorang semua kene duduk luar. Masa tu jugaklah nak kene cari rumah, cari housemmate . end up nasib jumpa semua housemmate yang okay jugak (: 
through tick and thin kan ? hu hu.

Tadi sem 5 kan? sekarang masuk sem 6. sekejap je dah 6 sem , which is tiga tahun berlalu. nothing much to story about this sem. semua orang busy dengan big presentation, too bad. but moments best dapat pegi PD dengan housemmateku. Even though semua busy but we guys really cherish every minute and seconds of our last semester. few pictures of my pre-graduation lunch. oh lupaa nak habiskan diari dengan betul. last paper on 30th of april and thats mean the end of diploma. insyaallah and alhamdulillah =)





*The end of diary. i bet this diary is boringg compared to af9 yang memang dah boring. haha.
there's no more of this diary for season 2. ha ha.
